clinical care provided for extremely premature and critically ill newborns

we have experienced tremendous success in enrollment, publishing, and gaining support for our efforts to improve the clinical care provided for extremely premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU. I can’t emphasize how grateful we are for all of those organizations, parents and babies who have participated in our studies and helped us along the way.

embarking on a new project where we aim to use both sounds and vibrations to better simulate the maternal experience of the womb for preterm infants while in the incubator.

Our hope is that you will reach out to your friends and family and make them aware of the critical needs of preterm infants and the importance of providing them with a more developmentally-appropriate environment to grow during their NICU stay.
